The Tsar Buildings
, Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki

The tsar buildings were made in the years 1897-1903 as the buildings for the Russian army soldiers to live. They are two-level and they do not have cellars. Over the staircases are decorative tops, some of them with date of build carved on them. Between the buildings there were cells built. They were used to stored fuel. It is worth to point out that there was a clear division in the Russian army between officers and non-commissioned officers. Proof of this are two clusters of blocks Tsar.
The headquaters for the officers were built at Duke Józef Poniatowski Street, and the headquaters for the non-commissioned officers were in the triangle of Moniuszko, Kadetów and Szpitalna Street.
