Privacy Policy
Personal data necessary for confirmation of identity, such as name, e-mail address, postal address or phone number are made available by the users of our service when they use it for sending queries or comments or subscribe to documents and information showed in the service.
Personal data rendered available in the above manner are stored and processed according to the consent provided by the user, Polish law and particularly to the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Law Dz. U. No. 133, item 883 with further amendments). The collected data is treated as a separate database, stored on the service server in a special safety zone with a restricted access. The Local Tourist Organisation LOT of Three Rivers (Lokalna Organizacja Turystyczna LOT Trzech Rzek) does not make available, sell or lend for use any personal data of the service users to other persons or institutions, unless the user has expressly consented or expressed a request to render his/her personal data available in the above manner or if it is required by law.
The Local Tourist Organisation LOT of Three Rivers shall not be held liable for data protection policy of other websites, including websites accessed by the users by means of links made available on the service website and websites which make available links to the service.
